Vocabulary, Investigating, Comparing, Contrasting and Creating

This week in Reading we were reading about bats for our upcoming field trip. We worked on comparing and contrasting them to humans since we both are mammals.

The most important skill we learned this week was working together and we did so well!

 We worked on our small motor skills and created candy corn using cotton balls and clothes pins!

 In writing we are learning about adjectives so we made popcorn and described the it using our five senses!

 In Science we learned a lot! We learned how to make predictions....

 We learned about the differences in our four seasons....

 We also learned about the Scientific Method and the vocabulary that goes along with it!

 We also created spiders and used adjectives to describe them!

Another fun week in kindergarten!

Be on the look out for next week it is going to be A LOT of fun! We have a field trip, 50th day of school, red ribbon week, and our fall party!!
