We have been a busy group the past few weeks. Here is a look into a few activities that we have done!
Chicka Chicka Boom Boom Letter BINGO! We were able to show what we know!
Friendship Fruit Salad! We compared (our big word on the first week of kindergarten) the fruit salad to our classroom. The bowl is our classroom and we all are different pieces of fruit. Without all of the different kinds the of fruit it isn't a fruit salad just like with out all of us we aren't a class. We are all different but when mixed together we make something delicious!
Sight word writing with Play-Dough! Who knew learning sight words could be so exciting!
We also got to use our super cool whisper phones and started building our reading stamina! The whisper phones are really neat we get to read to ourselves without the whole class and the teachers hearing us!
